Full customer records (list, create and detail) on the shared user backend, kept separate from staff.
Suppliers
A searchable supplier directory with its own list, detail and create screens, backed by procurement.
Staff
A staff directory with role, status and contact details. Editing and deleting are gated by permission and by role level: no one can act on someone at or above their own level, or on themselves.
