What Integrations does, in detail.
The connections commerce in Bangladesh runs on: real courier consignments, server-side ad attribution, a product feed for Meta, and an OTP flow that secures the whole storefront.
Courier sync: Pathao, Steadfast, Bahok
Shipping an order creates a real consignment with address, phone, item count, weight and the COD amount to collect. Status updates return by webhook, authenticated with a per-account secret, and a job every four hours re-polls any shipment that has gone quiet. Courier credentials are encrypted at rest, and each account has a one-click connection test.
Meta Pixel + Conversions API
Pixel ID, optional test code and a write-only CAPI token. Purchase is sent server-side only, with a deterministic event ID per order, and never blocks the order update if Meta is slow.
Meta Catalog feed
A token-protected product feed for Meta catalogs, configured from settings.
Google Analytics 4 & Tag Manager
GA4 via its own settings and dispatch service, following the same never-block-the-order rule, plus Google Tag Manager configuration.
SMS
Provider-agnostic behind one interface, with two Bangladeshi providers wired in. It carries OTP delivery, so it is treated as infrastructure.
Passwordless OTP
Bangladeshi phone normalisation, rate limits of three per hour and ten per day, a capped verification-attempt count, a blocklist, short code lifetimes and daily cleanup.
Connects with
Courier events drive order and delivery timelines, OTP powers storefront sign-in and checkout, and tracking pairs server-side purchases with the storefront's client-side funnel.
