A dedicated three-column POS: customer search or create, a channel-scoped product grid, and a running cart with payment panel. Walk-in and online customers, COD, advance and partial payments, and Cash, Card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay with transaction IDs. The invoice opens as soon as the sale completes.

Filter by status, product, date range, sales channel and payment status, with a status-summary widget. Bulk status changes respect the same transition graph as single edits, and orders lock once cancelled, completed or held by Order Shield.

Items, editable shipping and billing addresses before dispatch, paid and due summary, customer notes, and the order timeline beside the courier's delivery timeline.

Orders are moved to a bin with a reason rather than hard-deleted, and can be restored with their history intact.

Orders can be assigned to staff individually or in bulk, so confirmation and follow-up work has a named owner.

One shared invoice renders from both the list and the detail view, so what the counter prints and what support sees are the same document.
