Access Control
Ten role levels and around 185 granular permissions with dependency chains.
Capabilities
What Access Control does, in detail.
The governance layer gating every module. Roles have levels, permissions have dependencies, and every screen checks the user's rights before it renders.
Role levels
Roles carry a level from 1 to 10, and users can only create or assign levels below their own. A level-5 manager cannot create a level-8 role or edit anyone above their reach.
Granular permissions with dependencies
Around 185 permissions grouped by module. Granting one grants what it depends on, and revoking cascades to anything that depended on it, so no one ends up with edit rights but no view rights.
Default roles
Ships with ready roles including Store Manager, Customer Service Agent, Inventory Manager, Accountant, Content Editor and Warehouse Staff, each adjustable.
Enforced everywhere
Every list, detail and action screen checks permissions before rendering, and reports are gated one by one.
API keys
Scoped API keys exist at the backend behind a dedicated guard for programmatic access. The admin screen to manage them is not released yet.
Connects with
Every module reads from here, and Users Management applies the same level checks to staff editing.
