Built for cash-on-delivery risk. Every order is scored against weighted rules before dispatch, staff see exactly why it was flagged, and the system measures how often its flags were right.
Three-tier scoring
Orders are scored against weighted rules (phone, IP and device velocity, high-value new guests, address mismatch, blocklist matches) and sorted into Allowed, Warn or Blocked. Blocked checkouts still create a hidden order, so nothing is lost silently.
Explainable review
The review view breaks down which rules fired and their weights, shows IP and device, and links related orders by phone, IP and customer. Reviewers confirm an order as legitimate, fraud or duplicate.
Blocklist management
Block or unblock a phone number, IP or device, with optional expiry. Rejecting a fraudulent order releases its reserved stock automatically.
Append-only audit
Every block and unblock is written to a permanent history recording who acted, on what, and when.
Shield performance
Tracks how often flagged orders turned out to be real fraud versus false alarms, broken down by rule, so thresholds are tuned on evidence.
Connects with
Sits between checkout and fulfilment: it reads storefront and POS orders, holds risky ones out of the courier flow and releases stock through the Inventory ledger.
