Order, expense, shipment and staff events are written to an outbox, drained every two minutes into daily summary tables, and read by report pages that open immediately instead of querying live tables.
One reporting pipeline
Every report has date-range and daily, weekly or monthly granularity filters, is permission-gated individually, and reads an aggregation pipeline that can be backfilled from history.
Order summary
Order-value KPIs, status breakdown, sales by channel and courier snapshot cards.
Sales
Trend chart with sales by product and by city, filterable by sales channel.
Fulfilment
A funnel from placed to confirmed to shipped to delivered, plus a snapshot of current operational numbers.
Expenses
Trend chart, expense-by-type breakdown and expense versus revenue.
Courier performance
Chart and table per provider for Pathao, Steadfast and Bahok, the couriers with live integrations. Providers without real data are excluded rather than implied.
Customer retention
Retention chart, monthly cohort table and top customers.
Staff activity
Calls logged and confirmed, POS orders, status changes, push-sell value and call-to-order conversion per staff member.
Sales-channel stock
A per-channel stock summary. No date range, because it is a current-state snapshot rather than a trend.
