Checkout
A COD order is placed online or at the counter. Phone OTP verifies it when the rules require, and the cart survives until verification succeeds.
Risk scoring
Weighted rules sort the order into Allowed, Warn or Blocked. Reviewers see which rules fired and related orders by phone, IP and device.
Confirm order
The call workspace shows every open order for the customer. The outcome is logged when the call ends and duplicates are caught before dispatch.
Reserve stock & invoice
Stock is reserved on the right channel, the invoice renders and a server-side Purchase event goes to Meta without blocking the update.
Courier handoff
A consignment is booked with Pathao, Steadfast or Bahok with the COD amount. Statuses stream back by webhook and delivery consumes the stock.
Rollups
Order, shipment, expense and staff events drain every two minutes into daily summaries, so every report opens instantly.
Storefront & builder
Your merchandising team ships pages. Engineering stays out of it.
The editor renders your real storefront at true device widths (1440, 768 and 390), so the shop's own breakpoints fire exactly as they will in production.
Autosaves to a draft; nothing goes live until someone with the right permission publishes.
